I am currently serving in the U.S. Military and the creator of Dilbert Sports which is a way for families to participate in local sporting events for fun, health, and bragging rights. I have struggled with my own weight from 2012 to 2016. At 65 inches, I weighed 198 lbs and was almost flagged for being overweight by military standards. I decided then that I would work out twice a day to lose the weight. That did not work because I gained muscle which added to my weight and suffered from rhabdomyolysis. I also didn’t change my diet. Long story short, after continuing to work out without overdoing it and eating better, I now weigh 155 lbs. This was only accomplished because I followed my own workout plan and diet program without taking crazy weight loss pills and starving myself to death. Now, my passion is to help others lose weight which is why I started this 30-day competition and personal training program. Hopefully, you'll see that it works and stay with me forever! If not, no hard feelings but I do pray you keep up the work it takes to being a better you.
